The National Marker Company tag has the legend “DANGER DO NOT OPEN THIS TAG & LOCK TO BE REMOVED ONLY BY THE PERSON SHOWN ON BACK” on the front and the legend “DANGER - EQUIPMENT LOCKED OUT BY” on the back.
