4 flashers for energy saving light strings, these work in incandescent mini light strings that have 2.5 volt 0.25 watt lights, they will not work in regular light strings with higher wattage. You must match the flashers to your replacement bulb voltage and wattage or they will not work and will quickly burn out or not flash. You can remove these from the base to use in a different base style on any string with the correct voltage and wattage. Please check pictures for a measurement diagram for the style D base. Incandescent indoor/outdoor bulbs. These are commonly used on 200 & 250 energy saving light strings. Will not work for LED bulbs, these are incandescent mini lights.
